Smart Remodeling: It Begins and Ends with Performance - This full-day, affordable workshop will provide an in-depth look at integrated design and the "systems" approach to remodeling as well as its connection to the green remodeling process and programs. It will explore a best practices approach to building performance, risk management, and outcome measurement.


Locations for the workshops:

May 26, 2010 - Maplewood (Maplewood Community Center)
June 2, 2010 - St. Cloud (MnDOT Training Center)
June 8, 2010 - Rochester (Rochester International Event Center)
June 10, 2010 - Eagan (Eagan Community Center)

Sign-in for all four workshops will open at 7:30 AM. The workshop(s) will begin promptly at 8 AM and end at 4:30 PM.

Cost: $49 (includes continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, AND CEUs)

Workshop trainers include building science experts Pat Huelman, Tom Schirber, Dick Stone, and Billy Weber.

The course has been approved for 7 AIA Learning Units (HSW and SD credit), and 7 building contractor CECs (including energy) by MN Department of Labor and Industry.
