Minnesota Building Performance Association (MBPA)

Members are, at a minimum, Certified Home Energy Raters either through RESNET or BPI curriculum and have annual dues of $100.00.

Associate Members/Contractors must submit an application through the sponsorship of a member in good standing. All applicants must support the objectives of the MBPA, pay an annual membership fee and pass a majority vote of members for inclusion. Membership dues for associate members/
contractors are $300.00 for for-profit companies, $100.00 for non-profit companies, $50.00 for government entities, and $50.00 for individuals.

Membership dues are pro-rated on a quarterly basis. If joining between April 1-June 30 dues are 100% of dues noted, July 1-September 30 a 25% reduction, Oct 1-Dec 31 a 50% reduction and Jan 1-Mar 31 a 75% reduction.
